Our facilities are equipped with the following tree nut processing capabilities.

• Laser Sorting - With state-of-the-art laser sorting and foreign matter removal lines we can achieve the very low levels for foreign material and defects as specified by our customers.
   
• Dry Roasting - Our high capacity continuous dry roasting lines are capable of producing the volume output required to meet even the largest order deadlines. For smaller orders, our batch roaster enables us to provide high quality products quickly.
   
• Oil Roasting - Our continuous oil roasting lines have precise temperature control and rapid turnover to deliver the most consistent and freshest products possible. Roasting options include but are not limited to canola, peanut, safflower, coconut and soybean oils.
   
• Seasoning - We offer a wide assortment of seasoning options including salt, sweet or savory seasonings, butter, and can accommodate customer specified or supplied flavorings.
   
• Manufacturing - Our slicing, slivering, and dicing lines are capable of producing a product to meet most customer specification. We can also grind nuts to natural and roasted meals, flours, butters and pastes.
   
• Organic Certification - Our facilities are approved for the value- added processing of organic tree nuts. We welcome the opportunity to supply you with ingredients for your organic product line.
